Hello everyone! My name is Almaz, and I am the founder and trainer at Studio H.
My journey as a teacher (trainer) began in 2005. I graduated from the Kazan Choreographic School and worked as a leading ballet dancer in various theaters in Moscow, Japan, and the USA for 14 years. After graduating from RATI-GITIS, I was involved in staging performances and ballet pieces. Additionally, I worked as an invited ballet dancer, teacher, and choreographer in the USA, Japan, and Hong Kong. After finishing my career as a ballet dancer, I dedicated my life to the direction of "Correct Movement - Pilates." My professional path allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of anatomy and body biomechanics, which I successfully apply in my Pilates classes.

  • Head Coach, adidas Russia (2021-2023): Managed training processes, trained and prepared coaches, developed individual training programs, and conducted group Pilates classes.
  • Coach, adidas Russia (2016-2020): Conducted Pilates and fitness classes, worked with clients of different levels.
  • Russian Ballet School in Hong Kong (2014-2015): Taught students the basics of classical ballet and modern techniques, conducted master classes and productions.
  • Ballet School Kanako Okamoto, Tokyo, Japan (2005-2018): Invited teacher and ballet master. Taught students the basics of ballet and conducted master classes.
